The ubiquitous nature of smartphones has resulted in another really great innovation with universal appeal - the advent of mobile dashboards. Providing real time data on how well a business is performing - it allows business owners access to key metrics including sales, costs and inventory whilst on the move. With the integration of back end systems like Sage with e-commerce platforms - something we have been doing a lot of recently - the implications to a business are immense.
